Delete Account – Ecovoy

If you wish to delete your Ecovoy app account, please follow the steps below:

✅ How to request deletion

  • Open the Ecovoy app.
  • Go to “Profile” > “Settings” > “Delete Account”.
  • Confirm the request.
  • Or send an email to: support@ecovoy.com with the subject “Delete account”.

🔒 Data that will be deleted:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Search and booking history
  • Login/authentication data

🗂️ Data that may be retained:

Some transaction-related data may be retained for a limited time as required by law.

⏱️ Deletion timeline:

Deletion will be completed within 7 business days after the request.

📌 Notes:

  • Deletion is irreversible.
  • Cancel subscriptions before deleting your account.

🧹 Delete only some data

If you want to delete only part of your data (such as search or booking history) without deleting your account, send a request to: support@ecovoy.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
